Oh my, Carmen and Ingo, Carmen and Ingo… I really don’t know where to start, but just to start somewhere, lets begin with one of the most important arguments, you made during your presentation at Way Up North in Cologne; “Give before you ask!”, you said, and that’s something you really practise yourselves – rarely has anyone shared so much valuable content in such a short amount of time.
As the headline suggests, Carmen and Ingo’s presentation is about how to achieve personal success in both business and life. This is done through a three-step process.
What do you want to achieve and why? Everybody strives for different things. Write down the things you want to experience, to own, to do and to achieve.
Be honest with yourself. What does success look like in your life? How do you want your life to evolve, short term and long term?
Find tools, shortcuts, plan! Once you know what you want, and why, is it time to get to work. Make a plan. Find the right tools and the best way to get where you want to go.
Carmen and Ingo’s presentation focuses on the third step of the process: How can you achieve your goals? What they teach is useful, not only to photographers, but to most entrepreneurs. They have a lot to share, but don’t worry – I made a top 10 list only for you!

Thank you for the push Carmen and Ingo. I needed that. I want you to know that I’ve probably done more, in the short time since Way Up North, than in the whole year before the event. You guys rock!
With love,
Jonas Burman

No, thank YOU. The least I can do is tell you what a great jobb you did. I know you reached out and connected with many people in the audience – but if nobody tell you, you’ll never know right? Keep spreading that knowledge and love guys! You rock!
